MAYIM HOYA BIALIK - AKA "BLOSSOM"

At the end of Blossom, she chose to attend UCLA, despite reports that she was accepted at both Harvard and Yale. She stated that she wanted to stay close to her parents and did not want to move all the way to the East Coast. She earned a bachelor's degree in 2000 in neuroscience and Hebrew and Jewish studies, and went on to the Ph.D. program in neuroscience. She took a break from these studies in 2005 to return to acting. As of 2006, she is completing work on her thesis, an investigation of Prader-Willi syndrome. She is married to Michael Stone. She gave birth to their first child, a son, at age twenty-nine on October 10, 2005. Bialik is now involved in Conservative Judaism.

As for her future...that's anybody's guess...ain't no good reason for gettin' all depressed...

From reading From the ENGLISH RUSSIA BLOG (which exists "just because something cool happens daily on 1/6 of the Earth [sic] surface"), I've discovered that Russia is in fact the saddest, weirdest, and most terrifying country in the world.

Take these two posts about kids toys in Russia, for example. In one, A KID RIDES A SLEIGH WITH AN IMPRESSIVE HANDLE, and in another where LITTLE PAULA IS MORE LIKE A LITTLE RUPAULA. Of course they blame it all on China.

Goldmine.
