Remember that episode of Star Trek called "The Outcast" when RIKER FALLS IN LOVE WITH AN ANDROGYNOUS BEING FROM THE J'NAII SOCIETY? And how the J'naiis deny any kind of sexual identity and believe that the notion of male/female is primitive? And how the one that Riker falls in love with goes through therapy and gets renormalized into her society? And how she breaks up with him and explains that she was sick when they were in love? And how many millions of mixed messages there were in that episode?

Me neither. I've never watched Star Trek. Cough.
